Delivery Policy Charges:
Each FLOWERPLUS.CO arrangement is designed and delivered by our professional delivery officers. While we guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful bouquet every time, substitutions may be necessary on occasion due to the seasonal nature of flowers, flower condition & availability of materials. Our floral artists will substitute flowers & materials of an equal or higher value if the necessity arises.
Delivery prices vary depending on delivery time chosen.

98-min Express Delivery
For urgent orders or orders with short time frames, you can consider our 98-min Express Delivery at a nominal charge of $25.0. Please note that this service is subjected to our drivers' availability. Please whatsapp FLOWERPLUS.CO at (65) 8887 3028 to check with our friendly Internet Customer Service Officer for the availability of the service.
Additional delivery surcharge for select regions
A surcharge of S$20.00 is applicable for deliveries the following areas:
1. All Army Camps & High Security Areas
2. All PSA Ports
3. Jurong Island
4. Changi Airport Cargo Complex
5. Sentosa Island
6. Marina Bay Sands
We only deliver locally for now.
Time specifications will not be entertained during Valentine's week due to the influx of orders. Bouquets will be sent out within the selected delivery date.
We reserve the rights to decline the selected delivery option should we deem it inapplicable.
Earliest Delivery Time
The earliest delivery time for orders made:
Order before 3.00pm:
Earliest same day delivery 7pm - 10pm
Order after 3.00pm:
Earliest delivery is next day 10am - 2pm / 2pm - 5pm
Additional delivery surcharge for timings
Urgent and/or time specific orders are subjected to an additional charge.

Re-delivery Charges
For redelivery of orders, a surcharge of S$20 will be applicable. If redelivery is not made on the same working day or the next working day, please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest and the highest quality gifts are sent to the recipients. This order is chargeable at 25% discount off the original price and is applicable for all perishable gifts like flowers, fruits and cakes.
Redirection Charges
For redirection of orders, a surcharge of $20 will be applicable. In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable.
Limitation of Liability
In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained herein, FLOWERPLUS.CO liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever, and whatever the cause thereof, arising by reason of or in connection with the sales and purchase order (except in relation to death or personal injury caused to the customer by the wilful act or gross negligence of FLOWERPLUS.CO or its employees while acting in the course of their employment) shall be limited to the Purchase Price.
The customer shall not seek from FLOWERPLUS.CO the loss of profits, contracts, revenue or business; or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary and/or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the sales and purchase order.
