DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Policy 

ll products purchased on our website includes free islandwide* delivery for the following time slots:

  • (a) 10am-2pm

  • (b) 2pm-5pm

  • (c) 7pm-10pm

 

expect for monday delivery will be starting from 2pm - 5pm & 7pm - 10pm

 

An additional flat fee of $28 – will be charged for delivery at a specific timing of your choice.

*Islandwide delivery excludes:

 

  • Commercial airports. (This is subject to driver availability and an additional delivery charge of $10 on top of the selected delivery option)

  • All military camps, air/naval bases and defense facilities

  • All police, special operations and SCDF stations

  • Islands outside of mainland Singapore including Sentosa

  • All seaports and shipyards (Jurong port/shipyard, Keppel Shipyard, etc)

  • Parliament House

  • IRAS

  • Prisons or detention facilities

  • Immigration checkpoints including Woodlands and Tuas checkpoints

  • Senoko incineration plant

 

What if the delivery failed?

 

It is important to us that your flowers are delivered by hand to the intended recipient. In the event that the recipient is uncontactable and no one is available at the delivery address to receive the flowers, the flowers shall be placed at the door or concierge, if available and allowed. A photo of the flowers left at the door or concierge will be taken and sent to you where appropriate.

 

However, the failed delivery might also happen due to the following reasons:

1. Wrong delivery information has been given;

2. The recipient is not around and there’s no safe place to temporarily keep the item;

3. The recipient requests for delivery to another address;

4. The recipient is uncontactable and there’s no access to the unit;

5. Recipient refuses to accept the order.

Redelivery requests are subject to the availability of our driver and additional redelivery fees. All outstanding redelivery fees shall be paid in full before the redelivery can take place. Please note that our flower bouquets are perishable goods and shall only be kept for no more than 3 hours from the time of failed delivery for redelivery.

In the event the order is requested to be cancelled, a 15% refund shall be issued.

 

Can I amend or cancel my order after purchasing it?

If you wish to make changes to your order, message card content, delivery address, date or timing, please inform us at least 12 hours before dispatch time*.

If you want to cancel your order:

Cancellations must be made at least 36 hours before dispatch time* for a 100% refund of the order. Cancellation requests received later than that may be subjected to only a 50% refund as your bouquet may have already been crafted by our friendly floral artisan.

 

*Dispatch time here refers to one hour before the earliest possible delivery time. E.g. For a 10 am-2pm delivery slot, the dispatch time will be 9.30am.
